Very prompt delivery. Slightly disappointed to find that the lies of the clubs I bought were all over the place - not standard as advertised. It would also have been nice to know what grips were on the clubs prior to purchase. Otherwise good.

I searched and then bought a ping wedge that your system told me you had. The transaction went through and i phoned after recieving the email to be told actually that club had been sold 5 hours earlier!!! The sales person on the phone then offered me an alternative club which was not to the spec i was wanting, but after i requested being sold this more expensive alternative at the price of the original we agreed to transact. Not that happy as the spec was different but happy that the sales person on the phone was helpful enough to broker a deal.

it's always difficult for a lefthander to find good quality second hand equipment. your company make it so much easier.
I had bought irons and putter previously and held them back for the result of this auction, which was completed at 1530 on a Thursday. Because of your deadline for your carrier of 1430 all had to be sent on the Friday and reach me three days later than they otherwise would. Is there any reason why auctions should not end at midday or 1300 to enable people to 'catch the post' if they wish? It would be a simple change.
Item was 3 days late with 2 guarenteed deliveries not met. Other than that, happy with the goods.

No problems with Golfbidder, irons in even better condition than I expected. But not impressed by their carriers Business Post. Failed to deliver as promised on Friday, despite my staying in all day waiting. Did not leave any notification that they had attempted delivery either. Their dispatch department in Darford virtually impossible to contact. Goods finally arrived midday Monday. intact but late.
Lot No.200083 Andrew Cloke. Very pleased with the clubs that were in excellent condition - "exactly as described on the tin". Couple of comments on the web site. when buying Ping, I now know that they have a colour dot rating for degrees upright. It would be good to see this on the summary page (without having to 'click to view'), as currently you have to access each lot to see if it is a match. would also be nice to be able to rank (sort) the clubs by price as well as by model as currently (e.g. click on the field header). this would cater for the occassional golfer (like me!) with a budget and limited justification for spending loads. have recommended you to seveal friends. Otherwise, great site.

Why don't you change the closing time for your auctions to midday or 1300 so that successful bidders can have their club delivered the next day? A small change but in my case it would have enabled me to have my clubs 3 days earlier.

I think there was a bit of micommunication as I stated that if there was no-one at home, the parcel should be left with neighbour at No. 39, not 38 as shown on the parcel. Consequently, the parcel was left over the side gate!

This Item was eventually cancelled after failed deliveries and complete fabrications by your delivery company. The item was NOT delivered the next working day and the day after the transport company claimed that it had been delivered (over the locked side gate) when it had not. As we were both in and received return calls from Golfbidder without problem. GOLFBIDDER RESPONSE: THE COURIER COMPANY WE USE ARE USUALLY VERY RELIABLE.
