With the low centre of gravity and the extra weight around the perimeter, the T-40 woods feature oversized heads for increased distance and forgiveness. The tungsten metal plug places 2/3 of the weight of the club below the equator of the ball, which contributes to optimal lift and shot trajectory. The unique camber sole design helps lift the ball from the rough or fairway. This Tour version has a slightly smaller head than its brother, the T-40 OS - and is aimed at better players who like to work the ball.
