| I need to replace my old R320Ti Taylor Made (another one NON CONFORMING !), and this club YONEX sounds good (with a good value for money ratio). Yesterday, for the first time in my life, I win the prize «Longest Drive» in the tournement of my Home Club. Need more words? Fantastic! |

| This driver has given me an extra 10 to 15 yards and even a poorly hit shot (not infrequent with me!) will usually find the fairway. As I'm 75 this is a bonus. |

| Looks : This driver is visually very attractive, the graphite weave crown is visible through the metallic deep blue lacquered paint finish. The 460 cc head does not look out of place on this club and the Yonex shaft is an understated subdued dark grey colour unlike some of it's garish peers. Thhere is no aligning mark or decal on the crown but did not find this an important factor.
Performance :I have played just the one game since purchasing this club and was very pleased with it's performance - adding circa 15 yards to my normal drives and more importantly keeping it on the fairway.
The contact with the head is more akin to a traditional wood rather than the loud tinny noise some of today's drivers can make - it reminded me of the Mizuno Pro 300S in providing a solid contact noise at impact.
Value : Very pleased with the price considering the cost of the Mizuno MX 500 equivelant with the graphite crown and similar performance.
Summary : Excellent product from the Yonex stable. |
