I purchased the Taylor Made Firesole 5 wood as a prsent for my husband. He borrows his friend's club when we play in Spain, and plays well with it. Not sure if it would work as well in UK. Good News the club arrived in very good condition and Husband took it to the Thursday men's stableford. He came home full of praise for the club. It behaved as well in UK as in warmer Spain. Now looking for a 3 and seven firesole to complete the trio.

I purchased my Firesole 3,5 and 7 fairway woods from Golfbidder a couple of years ago. I have played Taylor Made for 20 years and could never find a more forgiving club with good distance and accuracy.

TaylorMade Firesole fairway. TaylorMade's Firesole fairway woods combine steel and tungsten. In fact, 25% of the head weight is in the tungsten weight plug, which allows more weight below the ball, yet still provides a penetrating angle of attack out of the rough for more confidence and control. Ernie Els, amongst many other tour players, used the Firesole fairway woods with great success - and the low profile design ensures they are still very popular today.
