| My current premium brand driver produced erratic results in my unskilles hands and so I have used my 3 wood off the tee. Recently played a course where said 3 wood was not long enough to reach some fairways. Earlier this year a Swedish lady golf pro advised me to get a G5. Two sessions at the range and one round and I feel that the G5 is the best balanced wood I have ever used. Grip position is quite critical but I cxan hit very long (for me) 240 yards or so and mostly straight. A great club,a great price and a good firm to buy from. |

| Best driver I have ever used. First time of use I improved my game by thirteen shots.I was in reach of greens on par fours every time.
This club is excellent and I look forward to improving my handicap with it.My drives were straight and long every time. |

| The usual Ping attributes of a high quality product combined with Golfbidders usual high standard of service - can't fault either. Only used at driving range so far but looks like I have added about 15 yds to my distance. Very forgiving as well. |

| Replaced an old G5 but went for a different shaft. This new shaft has given me some added control without any loss of distance on the old model. I would recommend this club to anybody and at the prices you can get them these days are are excellent value for money. |

| Order in the afternoon and received the following day - excellent service and the club was in better condition than I thought it would be.
As for the club the G5 speaks for itself. It looks good and feels totally balanced in the hands, so generating confidence and the good feel factor well before addressing the ball. As to performance that’s down to the individual but it’s very forgiving when the swing is off key, and truly awesome when out the middle, making a lot of the second shots just a wedge, seems unfair really.

The condition of the club (rated 8 by golfbidder) makes me feel guilty when I have rated clubs for sale to golfbidder. AND an extra 10-15 yards first time out. |

| Great club very pleased only played twice due to the wet and course closure, much straighter and longer cant wait for a dry course to realy try it out the light shaft helps when you get older hope to reduce my handicap soon |

| I ordered my Ping G5 on sunday evening, On tuesaday while working I got an e-mail to say it had been delivered at reception. I knew befor reception even had the chance to call. Very honest description of club,(actually better standard than they described)that evening I was almost hitting the back fence of my driving range.
By sunday afternoon everybody at my golf club new about golf bidder.

| I purchased the G5 Graphite 12 degree loft off set driver brand new from Golfbidder, without doubt it is the best club in my bag,and I took to it very quickly. It adds at least 25 yards to my drive and 9 times out of ten in goes in a straight line too which is a bonus. The service received from Golfbidder could not have been any better fron first contact to delivery, which I must add was sent to my works address to hide costings and wrappings from the bread knife, I would recommend Golfbidder to all my golfinf friends and already have done. |

| Very easy to swing, nice and light, (65grams shaft). After two cautious rounds I let it rip and easily kept it under control. One of the most forgiving clubs I've had. Well done PING. |

| All i can say is this club is the best in my bag .... i haven't played very often in recent years and always had troubles with my long game but this club has put me very long and very straight ... out driving my friend who plays off 12 so very impresses ... sure it will bring my handicap back in the right direction |

| I've had problems for a while trying to find Driver that suited me..and my god i have...This G5 is like a cheat stick..My Driving has been very erratic in the past..so i had a few lessons with a guy called Jonh Moncur at Santa Clara GC Marbella..My driving was alot better after that and i gained at least 50+ yards on my distance.All i had to do now was snub out a few of those slices & pushes i was getting...now with the G5 Ping...well,i cant stop missing the fairway..it's almost become boring,which is ridiclous!!Get this Driver it will change your game...!! |

| I was disappointed with the new G5.The ball went no further on average than with my existing G2.If an occasional shot went 10/15 yards past the G2,my hopes would be dashed by the next one that would be 10/15 yards shorter than the G2.It is a pity,and perhaps it is because I am now 60 and no longer able to generate the sort of club head speed necessary to take advantage of the technology.Regretably I found no fantastic improvement in performance to justify buying it.The G2 is a great driver anyway and Ping would have to go some to improve on it. |

| Back in Feb when I left a review for this club I played off 24 then my tee shots were naff and my second shot was from trouble. Now after a straight drive with impressive distance you stride up to the ball (that is on the fairway) with confidence this game is about confidence. I have been cut to 18 please please please buy this driver to see what I mean.. then you'll owe me a pint!! |

| When I bought my original Ping G2 I never thought I would find a more forgiving driver. But the G5 is even better about 15 yards longer and better height even though my old driver was a 10.5 loft. This is the second club I have purchased from golf bidder and its good to know you can trust the clubs you buy will be absolutely as described. |

| I was using an R5 which I could hit a nice draw or fade when I wanted but I was losing distance (av drive about 240) although mostly in the fairway. I searched for something that was as easy to shape, forgiving but that would also add about 15 - 20 yards to my average drive. The G5 with the Grafalloy Prolauch XS shaft was perfect. I have hit a couple which have got close to the 280 mark (bearing in mind its the middle of the winter so ball wont travel) but average is definitely around the 270, and on the fairway. Excellent club that needs to be hit. though. |

| The club was rated 6 for the head, 8 for the shaft and grip. I have had a good close look at the head and still can't see how it scored below 8. It is a credit to Golfbidder that you guys are so tough when you rate the clubs.
The club is great, easier to hit and straighter than a normal driver. I like to think of it as a two wood rather than a driver. |

| Have only played a couple of rounds with the G5, but the extra distance is obvious. Very light club with a distinctive sound when used. I will need several more rounds to feel comfortable with the new club, but am confident both distance and direction will improve.
Club is as new and the saving through Golfbidder was worthwhile. |

| Having been out of the game for 10 years, on my return I realised that my bag was missing a good driver. Have 'test driven' a few, I came across the G5. I have no doubt that it has increase the distance of my drives, but the key for me is how accurate I am now driving. I have always been a drastic fader, but now I am driving straight with a bit of draw. I am now walking down the (right) fairway with my chest out and my chin up! |

| I have had way too many drivers. I have always hit the tee shots to the right. I had a great driver in the Callaway C4 but my clubs were stolen and never really capured the C4's magic... until The Ping G5 a slow take away and rip it and the ball goes as straight as a straight thing going straight. My golf buddys are very impressed and as a result I am on the fairway and confident at hitting a great second shot.My handicap will be cut soon. |

| I have been playing with a Callaway C4 for 3 years-moving from this smaller head to G5 460cc gives you the confidence to GRIP IT AND RIP IT. I have definately gained more distance of the Tee and the sound is fantastic-lowered handicap by 1 after 2 rounds.Looking for height and distance, then this is the club. |
