i beleve apart from the hawkeye vft the big bertha fusions are the best u can play with, i am a big fan-very happy with the clubs.

Tried earlier X models of Callaway irons and never really liked them. However BB Fusion is completely different and better than any other Callaway iron I have tried. I rate them as very good/excellent for feel, flight, distance. If you have previously tried other models without success then give these a try and see and feel the difference.

Received my clubs very promply and the condition was underestimated. My second purchase from golf bidder and I can genuinly say I won't have any need to look elsewhere for equipment. As for the Fusions themselves a nice feeling club and easily as long as the Taylor Made XD's I have been using. Need more time but feel the distance spacing between each club is also more reliable. Time will tell. Looking forward to this season now and returning to the ranks of the single figure golfer.

I had play the X16 Pro Series irons for 3 years and wanted to change. I had read all the reports on the clubs but at the new shop prices thought they were a little on the expensive side. I did get a set of irons from golf bidder at £450 and so far its been money well spent. The heads are smaller than my X16 and there is little no offset on them so the take a little getting use to, but when you do, oh boy what a differnce. The penertration you get with the ball flight and the feel is far above the X16, which I have to say were very good but these are better. Even with off centre strikes the clubs are reasonable forgiving. I would say that the club would not suit a +18 handicap as the heads are more like a blade and will not offer the same level of confidence as say the big bertha range of clubs. Anyone with reasonable iron play will love these irons.

You can't go wrong with these irons....I've only been playing for a year, these were my first "decent set of irons" after I gave my dad his 30 year old clubs back - what a difference!! Highly recommended for any high handicapper!

I tried other premiem clubs and always felt unhappy with them probably personal preference now i have the fusion i feel im back with a club i can relax with and hopefully get my handicap back down spot on

An immediate difference in feel from my old x-18's , much easier to handle , better sound , less vibration , faster flight - all round a really good club

Having played golf for 30 years, best part of the time being a 6 handicap, I am a staunch advocate that you cannot BUY golf but having tried the Calloway Fusion Irons, I now believe I have just bought a little bit of golf!

Model Info 2007

Callaway Big Bertha Fusion. Calllaway's top-of-the-range model. This latest generation of Callaway irons incorporate superior weight-shifting Fusion Technology and three distinct materials.Tunite is an alloy comprising nickel and tungsten and allows for 77% of the clubhead mass to be positioned around the perimeter of the iron, creating extreme perimeter weighting through an ultra-high Moment of Inertia (or MOI) which is the measure of a club's resistance to twisting. More resistance to twisting gives exceptional stability and straighter shots. The face is a lightweight, formed 6-4 titanium face insert. This grade of titanium is one of the strongest titanium alloys; the "6" refers to the percentage of aluminum (6%) and the "4" refers to the percentage of vanadium (4%) in the alloy. Using this material in the face of Callaway Big Bertha Fusion irons creates a clubface that is 35% lighter than a comparable steel face. That frees even more mass to be distributed around the perimeter creating even more stability at impact.
